Aura navigation and purifying project, site specific intervention, 2015
For this work, I decided to apply and elaborate a strategy to influence the most subtle and invisible aspects and characteristics of a place. I searched for empty houses that suffered abandonment and neglection. Working with the idea of energy manipulation traditionally practiced in Asian culture, I aimed to change and purify the energy of these houses. I placed drawing, my personal interpretations of the Korean amulets tradition, and performed different gestures based on traditional Asian practices.
